Came through the Earthquake with minimal damage and a few sleepless nights. A few repairs on the septic tank, changed a few water filters, now we await on the repair people for the windows and a few bits and pieces. It’ll probably be a while as there are many people far worse off. For anyone who doesn’t know what I’m talking about - google “New Zealand” and “Christchurch Earthquake”
